This
trip to Sochi was especially memorable for me. I had a chance
to meet with many wonderful ladies, the newer clients of our
agency. I was so glad to find out that we have more in common
than I would’ve thought: love of the sea, sun, and sports.
On the right - the hotel where this gym is
located in Sochi, and the gym many of our clients use.

| Healthy lifestyle is very important for
Russian women. It is natural for them to look their best every
single day and look fit. They look this way because they go
to the gym at least a couple of times a week. My favorite gym
in Sochi is in the hotel “Primorskaya” which is
located on a hill right by the beach. It is surrounded by a
wonderful park with many exotic trees and flowers. This gym
is very special for me not only because of its location, but
because of its wonderful trainer, Lada. Her professionalism
and enthusiasm inspired our ladies for real sports achievements.
One morning when I came to Lada’s gym I was surprised
to see so many of our clients working out there. Lada manages
to train them in a group as well as individually.

Sveta meets
with almost all of our clients every year during her summer
break from the University of Oregon in Eugene. They all value
her experience and knowledge of life in America. Many of them
meet with her individually to try and understand how they
will make the transition to life in the west.
Sveta has the information they need.
How was it to learn to drive? Is school hard? What are jobs
like in America? And of course, what are western men like,
romantic, passionate, all the questions that every beautiful
young woman in the world asks and more of course.
